Pastor Praise. is a devoted servant of God, a compassionate shepherd, and a dynamic teacher of the gospel with a deep and abiding love for people, families, and the transformative power of God’s Word. With a life anchored in faith and a calling marked by clarity of purpose, he is committed to raising believers who are spiritually grounded, purpose-driven, and impactful in every sphere of life.

Academically, Pastor Praise holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University in Athens, equipping him with a strong analytical and strategic foundation. He also received formal ministry training at Valor Christian College, where his theological formation and pastoral calling were further refined. This unique blend of spiritual depth and intellectual discipline allows him to communicate timeless biblical truths with clarity, relevance, and conviction in today’s complex world.

Pastor Praise’s ministry is deeply shaped by the influence of Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills and the broader Word of Faith movement. Through these influences, he carries a strong conviction in the authority of Scripture, the power of faith, the necessity of evangelism, and the call to intentional discipleship. His teaching emphasizes not just hearing the Word, but living it, demonstrating the reality of God’s power in everyday life.

At the core of his calling is a passion to help individuals and families encounter God in a personal and transformative way. He believes that every person is created with divine purpose, and through sound teaching, spiritual guidance, and authentic community, people can align their lives with God’s original design. His ministry consistently focuses on spiritual growth, character development, and empowering believers to walk in dominion, purpose, and victory.

Pastor Praise is the Founder and Lead Pastor of Calibration Church, a vibrant and growing ministry based in Columbus, Ohio. Calibration Church exists to help people “recalibrate” their lives according to God’s truth, raising a generation that is both spiritually alive and intellectually engaged. Under his leadership, the church is building a community that speaks the language of today’s culture while remaining firmly rooted in biblical doctrine.

Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Praise is also an entrepreneur and leader, bringing a practical and disciplined approach to life and ministry. His leadership reflects integrity, excellence, and a relentless pursuit of growth: values he instills both in his congregation and in the broader community.

He is joyfully married to his beloved wife, Allyson, who is an alumna of Valor Christian College and Ohio Christian University. Together, they share a deep passion for God, ministry, and family life. Their partnership is a testament to unity, faith, and shared purpose, as they continue to build both their home and ministry in Columbus, Ohio.

Through his preaching, leadership, and personal example, he remains committed to one central mission: to see lives transformed by the truth of God’s Word and to raise a generation of believers who live with purpose, power, and unwavering faith.

Stephen and Pastor Praise met in Ohio University, Athens and have been friends ever since. Stephen loves the Lord Jesus Christ and has a passion for preaching the love and fear of God. Stephen is passionate about seeing Gods word lived to the letter. He is passionate about Holiness. Stephen and his beautiful wife are blessed with two kids.

He lives in Columbus with his family.

Stephen holds a Masters degree in Data Science and currently works in this field.
